Usually the late spring and summer are very slow at my bar.  The college kids are done with classes and have gone home or go off to internships for the summer.  People start having bar-b-ques or look to consume alcohol outdoors.  Being we are 1.5 hours from the beach summer weekends make the city a ghost town.

Suddenly the Flyers are winning in the playoffs, the Phillies are a force to be reckoned with, and we are taking part in beer week 2010 and I come into a slammed bar more often than not.  If the Flyers go to the Stanley Cup Finals I could be having beer week and the championship games in the same week.   Have they discovered synthetic sleep yet?  I would be on the trials of that one.
