I love Sundays in the summer. Sure, it signals the end of the of the weekend and the beginning of husband disappearing  for most of the week and it starts a week that contains FOUR swim meets plus practices.  We got a ton done but the kids played outside. Ryan had a successful interaction with the neighbor kids playing a ball game of all things. He notoriously has a hard time with ball games socially.  It was good for my soul to see the game go so well.

We grilled Salmon with peach salsa, orange rice, and grilled veggies. We sat as a family, ate, and chatted.  Dinner together is unfortunately a rarity with my husband working so far away.  Tonight the boys were chatty and sweet and the dinner was yummy. I am so lucky to have kids who dive into a plate of fish with squeals of happiness.

Time to enjoy the rest of this Sunday. I hope you all had as nice a Sunday as I did. I am still playing catch up on my sleep and pre car buying insomnia.
